The unconventional path
I’m Rasha Salim, a product architect. I help you build better products fast. My path was unconventional: years as a developer, getting lost in debugging and documentation, chasing that quiet joy of small breakthroughs.
Then a shift to product management, where I learned that the PM is the orchestrator — setting the tone, serving the team, turning unity into output. When AI coding tools emerged, I saw what others initially resisted: just another layer of abstraction.
My language-agnostic background and PM instincts turned out to be the perfect combination for working with these tools effectively. I switch between product thinking and developer intuition naturally, spotting issues even in tools I’ve never used.
I create roadmaps where human creativity and AI capability actually collaborate — not as a buzzword, but as a workflow. The human mind holds the key to innovative ideas; AI gives us the bandwidth to execute them.

From Code to Leadership
My journey began as a computer engineer with a love for coding and creating automations. After developing web and Android applications, including a digital version of the ancient game of Ur, I discovered my passion for AI — a field that combined my technical skills with opportunities for meaningful impact.
Leadership Evolution
Starting as a junior machine learning engineer, I quickly demonstrated my leadership capabilities. My technical background proved invaluable as I established robust processes and led multicultural teams to deliver successful projects. Under my leadership as Chief Project Officer, these initiatives became the primary revenue source, with consistent year-over-year growth.
Technical Leadership
Beyond project management, I leveraged my coding expertise to build automations and contribute to the development of Omdena’s project platform. This technical foundation has allowed me to effectively bridge the gap between vision and execution, while enabling stakeholders to feel heard and team members to succeed.
